Job Summary:
Treasure Holdings, LLC is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Vinyl Plank Flooring Installers to join our renovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring in residential and commercial environments. This position requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to work in occupied or vacant units with minimal disruption.
Responsibilities:
* Measure, cut, and install vinyl plank flooring according to layout and specifications
* Prepare subfloors (cleaning, leveling, moisture testing, patching as needed)
* Install underlayment or moisture barrier as required
* Use appropriate adhesives, tools, and equipment to ensure quality installations
* Trim flooring to fit around obstacles such as walls, cabinets, and door frames
* Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow site cleanup protocols
* Work closely with project supervisors and other trades to stay on schedule
* Adhere to all job site safety rules and company standards
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience installing vinyl plank or other hard surface flooring
* Skilled in using floor installation tools: utility knives, spacers, tapping blocks, pull bars, saws, etc.
* Ability to read and follow layouts, blueprints, or detailed instructions
* Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, professional results
* Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
* Reliable transportation and punctuality are required
* Experience working in multi-family units is a plus
Schedule & Compensation:
* Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work depending on deadlines
* Hourly wage based on experience and skill level
* Opportunities for consistent work on active projects across multiple locations
