Job Summary:
Treasure Holdings, LLC is seeking skilled and reliable Exterior Painters for commercial renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale buildings, be proficient in surface preparation and coating application, and prioritize safety and quality workmanship. This role requires working outdoors and at heights, often under varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare exterior surfaces through scraping, power washing, caulking, patching, and sanding
* Apply primers, sealers, and paint using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers
* Work on ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and roofs as needed to reach exterior surfaces
* Match and mix paint to job specifications or customer requirements
* Protect adjacent surfaces and areas from paint using masking techniques
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe worksite
* Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and company safety protocols
* Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades on job timing and execution
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in exterior painting (commercial preferred)
* Familiarity with multiple surface types: concrete, stucco, metal, wood, EIFS, and siding
* OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
* Comfortable working at heights and on various lift platforms
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
* Reliable transportation to job sites
Work Schedule & Compensation:
* Monday–Friday, with possible weekends depending on project schedule
* Competitive hourly wage based on experience
