Job Summary:
Treasure Holdings, LLC is looking for skilled and dependable Stucco Repair Technicians to perform patch work and exterior surface restoration on commercial and multi-family properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various stucco systems and be able to deliver clean, long-lasting repairs while working efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
* Perform exterior stucco repairs, patching, and surface blending on buildings and facades
* Cut out and remove damaged or deteriorated stucco and prepare surfaces for patching
* Mix stucco materials to match existing textures and finishes
* Apply base coat and finish coat using hand tools or sprayers
* Perform minor masonry or substrate repairs as needed
* Ensure repairs are clean, uniform, and weather-sealed
* Work on scaffolding, ladders, or lifts as needed to access job areas
* Keep work areas clean and follow site safety and company standards
* Communicate progress and any issues to site supervisors
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in stucco repair, patching, or exterior surface restoration
* Familiarity with synthetic (EIFS) and traditional (three-coat) stucco systems
* Skilled in surface matching, texture blending, and color integration
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Knowledge of safety procedures and use of PPE on job sites
Work Schedule & Compensation:
* Monday–Friday schedule, with weekend work depending on project deadlines
* Hourly pay based on experience and quality of work
* Ongoing work available for dependable and skilled team members
