Job Summary:
Treasure Holdings, LLC is seeking experienced and dependable Flooring Installers to join our team for ongoing renovation and construction projects in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various flooring types, including luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, hardwood, and tile. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install flooring materials including LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile, and carpet (if applicable)
* Measure and cut flooring to fit designated areas using hand and power tools
* Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, patching, and ensuring proper moisture control
* Lay underlayment, adhesives, or vapor barriers as required
* Ensure installations are clean, accurate, and meet design specifications
* Trim and fit around obstacles such as walls, cabinetry, and doorways
* Maintain a clean and safe job site during and after installation
* Communicate with supervisors and team members to stay on project schedule
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in flooring installation (LVP and laminate preferred)
* Proficiency with floor installation tools such as spacers, tapping blocks, saws, and levels
* Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, finished results
* Ability to read floorplans or layout drawings is a plus
* Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on your knees for extended periods
* Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
* Knowledge of safety practices and proper PPE use on job sites
Work Schedule & Compensation:
* Monday–Friday with possible weekend or overtime hours depending on project deadlines
* Hourly pay based on experience and skill level
* Consistent work opportunities across multiple projects
