Job Summary:
Treasure Holdings, LLC is currently hiring General Skilled Construction Workers for ongoing commercial and multi-family renovation projects in Milwaukee, WI. We are looking for reliable, hands-on workers with experience in multiple trades such as framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and minor stucco or exterior repairs. This is a great opportunity to work with an established company on large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with various phases of construction, renovation, and repair work
* Perform basic carpentry, drywall installation/finishing, painting, flooring, and demolition
* Help prepare and clean job sites by removing debris, loading/unloading materials, and setting up tools
* Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
* Support specialized trades such as painters, flooring installers, or stucco technicians when needed
* Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
* Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members
* Report any issues, hazards, or supply needs to supervisors promptly
Qualifications:
* 1–3 years of general construction or skilled labor experience
* Familiar with basic hand tools and power tools
* Ability to lift 50+lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
* Willing to work in outdoor conditions and on elevated surfaces (ladders, scaffolding, lifts)
* Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
* OSHA 10 certification is a plus
Work Schedule & Compensation:
* Monday–Friday, with weekend and overtime availability based on project needs
* Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level
