Job Summary:
Treasure Holdings, LLC is seeking experienced and dependable Painters to join our team for interior and exterior painting projects in Milwaukee, WI. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in surface preparation, finish work, and the ability to work efficiently while delivering high-quality results. This position involves work on commercial buildings, multi-family properties, and general renovation sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, and priming
* Apply paint, stain, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
* Match and mix colors according to job specifications
* Perform both interior and exterior painting in residential and commercial environments
* Protect surrounding surfaces and structures from paint splatter or damage
* Ensure clean lines and even application for a professional finish
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
* Clean up job sites and follow all safety protocols and site procedures
* Work closely with supervisors and crew members to stay on schedule
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of painting experience (interior and exterior)
* Knowledge of surface prep techniques and various paint types and finishes
* Skilled with painting tools including sprayers, rollers, brushes, and masking equipment
* Ability to work at heights on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding
* Strong attention to detail and quality of work
* Physical ability to lift 50+lbs and perform repetitive motions
* Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
* OSHA 10 certification is a plus
Work Schedule & Compensation:
* Monday–Friday, with possible overtime or weekend work depending on deadlines
* Hourly wage based on experience and skill level
* Ongoing project opportunities for dependable and skilled workers
