With over three decades of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential construction, Paul White brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and technical skill to every project he oversees. His journey began on job sites as a child, accompanying his father on plumbing calls and gaining a deep-rooted understanding of the trades from the ground up.

Paul officially entered the construction industry in 1993 as a field laborer, quickly advancing through the ranks. From 1994 to 1997, he ran his own concrete crew before transitioning into estimating and project management—a role he has excelled in since 1997. Over the course of his career, Paul has managed more than 500 commercial projects, ranging in value from $50,000 to over $7 million.

His expertise spans new construction, design-build projects, renovations, and tenant fit-outs. He is highly proficient in AutoCAD and drafting, having spent 28 years designing floor plans, new builds, and construction documentation. Paul also founded and operated a kitchen and bath remodeling company for over five years, gaining firsthand experience in finish carpentry and client-focused design solutions.

Paul’s strength lies in his ability to guide projects from concept to completion. He collaborates closely with owners, designers, engineers, and inspectors to deliver accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and quality outcomes. His attention to detail and cost-conscious approach make him an invaluable resource during the planning and execution phases of construction.

He also spent two years working with a site utility contractor, gaining essential knowledge in underground utilities and sitework—experience that continues to inform his holistic project management approach.
